| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年重症病人褥疮发生的相关因素,旨在更好地做好褥疮的预防工作。方法将2008年6月～2010年6月期间我院的194例老年重症病人随便分为褥疮组和对照组两组,采用问卷调查的方法对褥疮患者、家属或陪护人员进行调查,并分析相关因素。结果两组患者在Braden评分、营养状态、卧床时间等方面差异均无显著意义（P〉0.05）。患者的皮肤完整性、陪护人员掌握褥疮相关知识及防褥疮护理措施上有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论褥疮的发生与患者的营养状态、卧床时间等有关,与陪护人员是否掌握褥疮的相关知识及防褥疮护理措施有更显著关系。
