| 摘 要： | 目的观察血液灌流串联血液透析对尿毒症患者的毒素清除与临床症状的改善是否优于单纯血液透析。方法尿毒症行维持性血透患者42例,分为治疗组（血液灌流与血液透析串联,共20例）与对照组（单纯血液透析,22例）,治疗组每两周一次血液灌流,其余与对照组相同。结果治疗组在尿毒症毒素清除与临床症状改善方面均优于对照组。结论血液灌流串联血液透析能够更加充分地清除尿毒症毒素,更加明显地改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床中应用推广。
