| 摘 要： | 目的总结胸部严重挤压伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的救治体会。方法对16例胸部严重挤压伤并发ARDS患者进行早期预防和综合治疗。结果 16例病人全部康复,未发生一例胸腔感染。结论对严重挤压伤并发ARD患者需重视治疗措施的早期预防性应用,综合性治疗方案要做到重点突出,准确及时,才能取得满意的治疗效果。
