| 摘 要： | 预防移植静脉再狭窄的基因治疗是目前的研究热点,目的基因及其载体的选择是基因治疗的最关键步骤。本篇文章是对预防移植静脉再狭窄基因治疗中目的基因及其载体的选择的研究进展进行综述,并指出其在研究中所遇到的问题及今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Prevention of vein graft restenosis gene therapy is the research focus,the choice of target gene and its vector are the most critical step.This article reviewed the research progress in the selection of the target gene and its vector for prevention of vein graft restenosis and pointed out the encounter problems in the study and future research directions. |
