高、低频探头联合应用在急性阑尾炎超声诊断中的价值

目的探讨高低频探头联合使用在诊断急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法对经手术治疗及病理检查的126例急性阑尾炎患者经B超高、低频探头联合应用诊断的急性阑尾炎术前超声检查图像及检查结果进行回顾性分析总结。先使用低频探头再使用高频探头在阑尾区探查,观察阑尾大小、结构、阑尾腔及其周围组织情况。结果本组超声正确诊断率为100%（126/126）,均与手术和术后病理检查结果相符。结论联合运用低频及高频探头有优势互补的特点,能明显提高诊断符合率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
