盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸罗格列酮治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效评价

目的评价盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸罗格列酮治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的疗效及安全性。方法 70例DN患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组:在常规治疗的基础上加丹参注射液治疗;观察组:在对照组治疗方式的基础上,加用盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸罗格列酮。结果观察组总有效率为71.43%(25/35),高于对照组总有效率42.86%(15/35),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗期间未发现两组有明显不良反应患者。治疗后,观察组TG明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论盐酸丁咯地尔联合盐酸罗格列酮治疗DN患者疗效可靠且安全,具有重要临床意义。

The Efficacy Evaluation of Buflomedil Hydrochloride Combined with Rosiglitazone Hydrochloride for the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of buflomedil hydrochloride and rosiglitazone hydrochloride for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 70 DN patients were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was given the salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the conventional treatment;the observation group was given the buflomedil hydrochloride and rosiglitazone hydrochloride treatment on the basis of the control group.Results In the observation group the total effective rate was 71.43%(25/35),which was higher than the total effective rate of 42.86%(15/35) in control group,the difference was significant(P <0.05).There were no obviously adverse reactions in the two groups.After treatment,in the observation group TG was significantly lower than that in the control group,which had significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of buflomedil hydrochloride combined with rosiglitazone hydrochloride for the treatment of DN is reliable and safe,which has importantly clinical significance.
