| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理配合在自攻型微种植体支抗植入手术中的重要性。方法对35例行自攻型微种植体支抗植入手术的固定正畸患者进行术前、术中及术后的专科特殊护理。结果 35例患者共植入微种植体95颗,其中颊侧植入89颗,腭侧植入6颗。其中1颗种植体在植入时由于种植手柄损坏而导致失败,8颗种植体在受力后出现松动或脱落;3个月加载受力后存留率为90.5%。结论自攻型微种植体植入手术时良好的配合与护理,是保障种植支抗手术成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the importance of the nursing in the implanting operation of the self-tapping mini-implant anchorage.Methods To afford special nursing to 35 patients implanted the self-tapping mini-implant anchorage.Results 95 mini-implants were implanted for the 35 patients,89 mini-implants were implanted in cheek side,6 mini-implants were implanted in palatal side.One mini-implant failed in the operation because of the broken implant handle,8 mini-implants were loosing or shedding;the remaining rate was 90.5% after loading three months.Conclusion Proper nursing is one of the most significant factors for the success of the implanting operation of the self-tapping mini-implant. |
