| 摘 要： | 目的评价混合式外固定支架联合有限内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法 34例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用混合式外固定支架联合有限内固定治疗。结果术后疗效：优19例（55.88%）、良9例（26.47%）、可3例（8.83%）、差3例（8.83%）,优良率达82.35%。2例患者出现延迟愈合,1例患者出现骨折畸形愈合。34例患者无皮肤坏死及手术感染。结论采用混合式外固定支架联合有限内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折,疗效可靠,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limited internal fixation and hybrid outside fixed bracket for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods 34 patients with fracture of tibial plateau were cured by the method of hybrid external fixation combined with limited internal fixation.Results Postoperative curative effects: 19 patient's condition were optimal(55.88%),9 were good(26.47%),3 were ordinary(8.83%),and another 3 were bad(8.83%).Excellent rate was 82.35%.Delayed union occurred in 2 patients,while... |
