慢性硬膜下血肿患者的手术治疗分析

目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿患者的手术治疗方法与效果。方法收集我科2008年2月～2010年6月间诊治的36例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组36例均采用钻孔引流手术治疗,术后所有病人临床症状明显好转,随访只有1例复发。结论颅骨钻孔血肿腔冲洗闭式引流术是首选,具有方法简单、术中出血量少、症状消失快、随访结果好、复发率低等特点,是一种疗效肯定的好方法,值得临床推广。

Surgical Treatment of Patients with Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment effect on patients with chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with CSDH diagnosed and treated from February 2008 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 36 patients were treated with surgical drilling drainage,all with clinical symptoms improved postoperatively except for only one case of recurrence by follow-up.Conclusion Burr-hole craniostomy and closed drainage of hematoma is preferred with features of simple operatio...
