| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨64层螺旋CT多平面重组（MPR）对腰椎滑脱的临床应用价值。方法：随机抽取100例腰椎滑脱患者的CT MPR重建图像资料。结果：MPR不仅能够显示腰椎滑脱的分度,辨别是峡部型（真性）或是退变型滑脱（假性）,并且能够显示合并的腰椎间盘膨出、小关节退变及周围软组织结构改变。结论：64层螺旋CT MPR图像,有利于全面、直观地显示腰椎滑脱的原因,并且能够为临床医生提供可靠信息,有助于临床医生选择合适的治疗方案。
