| 摘 要： | 目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法将2005年间在我院治疗的乳腺癌患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予改良根治术治疗,观察组给予保乳手术治疗,随访5年观察临床效果。结果观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量方面明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组并发症发生率为26.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者在躯体、心理、社会及精神方面评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者局部复发率、远处转移率、3年生存率、5年生存率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论保乳手术治疗乳腺癌的效果确切,优点多,临床医师应根据患者的适应症合理应用。
