| 摘 要： | 目的总结抗甲状腺药物赛治治疗甲亢致粒细胞缺乏症（粒缺）的临床特点及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析我院2009-01-01至2010-06-10收治的14例赛治治疗甲亢致粒缺患者的临床资料。结果 10例在服药后1个月发生粒缺,4例在2个月发生粒缺。粒细胞在停用赛治4周内恢复8例,停用赛治8周内恢复6例,无死亡病例。结论粒细胞缺乏症为抗甲亢药物少见但非常严重的不良反应,不可预测,在甲亢开始治疗2个月内定期复查血常规,高度警惕粒缺的发生。
