摘    要:目的:研究制作近似真实形状和电阻率分布的颅骨物理模型的方法,为电阻抗断层成像的相关研究提供更加准确的实验平台。方法:采集颅骨的CT图像,用快速成型机制作出树脂模型,然后将每一块树脂模型翻制成不同电阻率的石膏模型并将其黏合成完整的颅骨模型,最后测量分析模型的精确性。结果:首次制作了近似真实形状和真实电阻率分布的颅骨模型,外形差异平均值为0.20 mm,模型电阻率值与真实值无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:所做模型可满足实验需要,有利于开展脑部电阻抗断层成像的深入研究。
