美托洛尔缓释片治疗扩张型心肌病临床观察

目的观察美托洛尔缓释片治疗扩张型心肌病(DCM)的应用方法、药物耐受性及临床疗效。方法 68例扩张型心肌病慢性心衰患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规使用利尿剂、ACEI、强心剂等,治疗组加用美托洛尔缓释片,剂量从12.5mg起始,逐步递增剂量,根据症状、心率、血压,每1～2周剂量翻倍,直至最大耐受量。比较半年(24W)后两组血压及心脏指标变化,评估临床疗效、药物的耐受性、不良反应及靶剂量。结果治疗24W后治疗组与对照组平均心率、最高心率、左室射血分数、心功能的改善程度比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);最低心率的比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论扩张型心肌病合并心衰患者在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔缓释片治疗效果显著,但不同患者对药物的耐受性及用量差异较大,需进行个体化治疗。

Clinical Observation on Extended-Release Metoprolol in Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute pancreatitis.Methods 45 cases of acute pancreatitis who recieved the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from September 2007 to August 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,and were compared with 45 cases of acute pancreatitis who recieved the western medicine in the same period.Results The total effective rates of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group were 88.8% and 71.1%,respectively.By comparison,P <0.05.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine in acute pancreatitis treatment.
