| 摘 要： | 目的：评价iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪在体液检测中的应用。方法：采用iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪对脑脊液胸腹水中有核细胞、红细胞检测的批内精密度、携带污染率、线性等指标进行评价,选择本院脑脊液、胸腹水标本各50例,分别用iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪和传统手工计数法对有核细胞和红细胞定量比对。结果：iQ200检测胸腹水脑脊液中的有核细胞和红细胞具有良好的重复性和线性,携带污染低与手工法定量结果对比相关性良好。结论：iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪,精密度高、线性范围宽、携带污染率低、检测方便,与传统手工法相比具有一定的优越性。
