阿加曲班注射液联合尿激酶治疗静脉血栓的临床观察

目的探讨应用阿加曲班注射液联合尿激酶治疗静脉血栓的效果。方法阿加曲班注射液40mg溶于0.9%的氯化钠溶液250ml中静滴,3小时内滴完,每日2次;每次滴完阿加曲班注射液组补液后接尿激酶25万u溶于0.9%的氯化钠溶液或5%葡萄糖液250ml静滴,在2小时内滴完,每日2次。结果 128例经药物治疗,126例完全治愈,其中2例行下腔静脉滤器置入后行药物治疗,效果满意,2例下肢仍有不同程度水肿。结论非手术治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者经使用阿加曲班注射液联合尿激酶治疗,治疗效果良好。

Clinical Observation of Argatroban Injection Combined with Urokinase for the Treatment of Venous Thrombosis

Objective To evaluate the effect of argatroban injection combined with urokinase for the treatment of venous thrombosis.Methods 40 mg argatroban injection was dissolved in 250 ml 0.9% NaCl solution and was injected intravenously,which was completed within 3 hours,2 times a day;after every drop of argatroban injection,25 million u urokinase was dissolved in 250 ml 0.9% NaCl solution or 5% glucose and was injected intravenously,which was finished within 2 hours,2 times a day.Results In 128 patients with drug therapy,126 cases were cured completely,of whom 2 cases underwent drug therapy after the placement of permanent inferior vena cava filter,the effect was satisfactory,lower extremity of 2 cases had edema of different degrees.Conclusion The effect of argatroban injection combined with urokinase for the treatment of venous thrombosis is good.
