| 摘 要： | 分析了报废医疗设备管理过程中存在的报废程序不规范、实物管理不严格、旧品处理粗疏等问题,强调了报废管理的原则和程序,提出了报废医疗设备的残值构成和可利用的价值,从剩余成本回扣、修复再用、拆件利用、旧品处理、档案财务等方面探讨了加强报废医疗设备残值利用的方法。
