| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养加调节肠道菌群制剂与胃癌术后早期并发症发生的关系。方法回顾性分析我科2008～2010年早期肠内营养支持加调节肠道菌群制剂的胃癌术后患者36例与早期肠内营养未加调节肠道菌群制剂的胃癌术后患者38例发生早期并发症的临床资料。患者的胃癌分期,术前身体状况评估,手术方法,手术时间无明显差异。结果两组患者术后发生腹泻（或腹胀）、感染（腹腔,肺部及其胸腔）、吻合口漏、肠梗阻、全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）和多器官功能障碍综合症（MODS）等的发生率分别为19.4%和39.4%（P〈0.05）、2.5%和3.5%（P〉0.05）、2.0%和2.2%（P〉0.05）、1.5%和2.8%（P〉0.05）、2.2%和11.6%（P〈0.05）、0%和0.08%（P〈0.00）。结论早期肠内营养支持加调节肠道菌群制剂是减少胃癌患者术后早期并发症的重要措施之一。
