输卵管不孕患者盆腔粘连程度与术后妊娠率关系的临床研究

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术在治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果,及盆腔粘连程度与术后妊娠率关系。方法回顾性分析2008年7月～2009年6月在我科接受宫腹腔镜联合手术的82例输卵管性不孕合并盆腔粘连的患者,根据盆腔粘连的分期进行分组,比较不同组别间术后的妊娠率。结果 82例患者术后总宫内妊娠率48.7%（40/82）,盆腔粘连分为轻、中、重及极重度,术后1年宫内妊娠率分别为66.7%、56.5%、40%及31.3%,极重度盆腔粘连者术后宫内妊娠率明显低于其他三种。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术是治疗输卵管性不孕的有效方法,盆腔粘连程度与宫腹腔镜治疗输卵管性不孕术后妊娠率显著相关。

Clinical Research on Relationship between Pelvic Cavity Adhesion and Postoperative Pregnancy Rate in Tubal Infertility Patients
