| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人性化护理对门诊包皮环切手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择我院门诊包皮环切手术患者162例,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组实施一般门诊手术护理;干预组在对照组护理基础上实施以患者为中心的人性化护理。采用焦虑自评量表对患者术前以及术后焦虑症状进行评分;疼痛按照语言等级评定量表法评定;电话调查术后满意度。结果①干预组人性化护理干预后,焦虑评分明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,焦虑评分显著降低(P<0.05)。②干预组术中疼痛分级显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。③干预组术后满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可以明显改善门诊包皮环切手术患者的焦虑和疼痛,提高服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing service on anxieties of receiving-circumcision operation's patients.Methods 162 patients performed circumcision operation were divided randomly into the interfering group and control group.The control group was performed conventional nursing procedure and the interfering group was used humanized nursing service style.The anxieties were assessed before or after operation in anxiety score chart.Soreness severity was estimated in rank score chart of pain.The patients' satisfactory was followed up by telephone.Results ①The anxiety scores of interfering group were less than those of control group(P <0.05).②The severity of pain of interfering group was lower than that of control group(P <0.01).③The percentage of satisfactory in interfering group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing service can reduce the severity of patients who performed circumcision operation and improve the percentage of service satisfactory. |
