过敏性紫癜血小板平均体积与出现消化道症状的相关性分析

目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿血小板平均体积大小与出现消化道症状的关系。方法对2009年～2010年6月在本院住院的50例过敏性紫癜患儿的血小板平均体积及临床上有无消化道症状进行回顾性分析,选取50例健康患儿作为正常对照。结果①50例过敏性紫癜患儿中出现消化道症状的有27例,占54%;②过敏性紫癜患儿的血小板平均体积为(7.7±0.6),正常对照组为(8.0±0.5),过敏性紫癜患儿的血小板平均体积比正常对照组小;③27例出现消化道症状的过敏性紫癜患儿血小板平均体积为(6.9±0.9),23例无消化道症状患儿的血小板平均体积为(7.8±0.5),有消化道症状的过敏性紫癜患儿的血小板平均体积比无消化道症状患儿的小。提示过敏性患儿血小板平均体积越小越容易出现消化道症状(P<0.01)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿血小板平均体积越小越容易出现消化道症状,血小板平均体积可作为过敏性紫癜患儿临床治疗监测指标之一。

Associated Analysis of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Mean Platelet Volume and the Occurrence of Gastrointestinal Symptoms

Objective To investigate the relationship between mean platelet volume(MPV) and the occurrence of gastrointestinal symptoms in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods MPV of 50 children with HSP and whether they had gastrointestinal symptoms during June 2009 ~ June 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,50 healthy children were selected as the normal control.Results ①In the 50 children with HSP,gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in 27 cases,accounting for 54%;②MPV of children with HSP was(7.7 ± 0.6),normal control group was(8.0 ± 0.5);MPV of children with HSP was less than the normal control group;③MPV of 27 cases of gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in children with HSP was(6.9 ± 0.9),MPV of 23 patients with no gastrointestinal symptoms was(7.8 ± 0.5);MPV of children with gastrointestinal symptoms was less than the group without gastrointestinal symptoms,which indicated that the less the MPV of children with HSP,the easier the occurrence of gastrointestinal symptoms(P <0.01).Conclusion The less the MPV of children with HSP,the easier the occurrence of gastrointestinal symptoms,MPV can be used as an indicator for monitoring clinical treatment in children with HSP.
