产科围产儿出生缺陷状况五年分析

目的对五年来我院产科出生的围产儿出生缺陷者进行分析。方法对2005年1月至2009年12月产科出生围产儿（孕28周至产后1周）7 200例围产儿出生缺陷进行检测（包括死胎、死产变化及其相关因素）。结果发生缺陷率为13.6‰,常见出生缺陷中胎儿水肿综合征5.83‰,先天性心脏病3.19‰,马蹄内翻足1.11‰,脊柱裂0.97‰,五年来随着产检的重视及产前诊断水平的提高,产前诊断引产例数也有所升高。结论降低出生缺陷发生率,重点进行婚前、孕前孕期、分娩期的系统保健工作,特别是要制定有效的行政和医疗保健干预措施,围产期保健更不能忽视。

Analysis of Status of Birth Defects in Perinatal Infants of Obstetrical Department for Five Years

Objective To analyze the status of birth defects in perinatal infants of obstetrical department for five years.Methods To detect the birth defects of 7 200 cases of perinatal infants from January 2005 to December 2009.Results The occurrence rate of defects was 13.6‰,fetal edema syndrome was 5.83‰,congenital heart disease was 3.19‰,clubfoot was 1.11‰,spina bifida was 0.97‰.With the attention and check-raising the level of prenatal diagnosis for five years,the number of abortion before prenatal diagnosis increased.Conclusion Reducing the incidence of birth defects,focusing on pre-marital,pre pregnancy,systems of health care,in particular developing effective administrative and health care interventions,perinatal care even can not be ignored.
