| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT动态增强扫描对不典型肝脓肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结经临床证实26例肝脓肿病人的CT平扫及多期增强扫描表现,分析其CT特点。结果不典型细菌性肝脓肿CT平扫表现为低密度影,增强动脉期病灶周围一过性肝段性强化,病灶分隔轻度强化;门脉期持续性强化,延迟期病灶范围缩小。结论 CT多期增强扫描对肝脓肿的诊断具有特征性,对提高肝脓肿的诊断率和鉴别诊断均有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of dynamic enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of hepatic abscess.Methods CT manifestations of 26 patients with atypical hepatic abscess were retrospectively summarized.Results The plain CT of atypical hepatic abscess showed low density.Around the lesion of arterial phase had transient hepatic enhancement in the enhanced CT,with mild enhancement in the lesions separated.Portal phase showed persistent enhancement,and delay range of lesions was decreased.Conclusion Dynamic enhanced... |
