| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨宝口服液治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对86例原发骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者行手法闭合复位外支架固定术治疗后,测定骨代谢生化指标和骨密度值。随机将患者分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组服用骨宝口服液;对照组服用阿法迪三,两组共服用药物4个月。治疗后再次测定骨代谢生化指标、骨密度值并进行比较;观察骨折临床愈合时间。结果治疗组骨折愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,骨密度值较对照组均有显著性上升,骨代谢生化指标较对照组有显著性差异。结论骨宝口服液治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折,能改善骨代谢,增强骨密度,促进骨折愈合,有效治疗骨质疏松症。
