| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺隐球菌病误诊的原因及正确的诊断方法。方法收集1998～2009年误诊的53例肺隐球菌病,就X线及CT检查的结果进行分析。结果 53例肺隐球菌病,误诊为肺炎、肺部感染31例;误诊为肺结核15例;误诊为肺癌7例。在抗炎、抗结核及抗癌治疗效果不明显,病变进一步恶化的情况下,行CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检,配合检查痰液和脑脊液找到新型隐球菌而确诊。结论 CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检是诊断肺隐球菌病很可靠很有价值的诊断方法,值得临床推广应用。
