| 摘 要： | 目的探讨现代腔内泌尿技术（经皮肾镜技术、输尿管镜技术）在结石性脓肾治疗中行保肾治疗的疗效和价值。方法对24例结石性脓肾患者行经皮肾造瘘16例,输尿管术8例。结果 6例患者行I期碎石,3例患者II期行脓肾切除术;21例患者保肾成功,随访一年患肾功能均有不同程度恢复。结论现代腔内技术治疗结石性脓肾,安全、有效、微创,保肾率高,可作为结石性脓肾保肾治疗的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical observation and value of the treatment of calculous pyonephrsis with contemporary endorologica technique,inculding percutaneous technique and ureteroscopy.Methods A total of 24 calulus pyonephrosis were treated by contemporary endorologica technique.16 cases were treated by percutaneous nephrollithtomy and the transurethral ureterscopy were used for 8 cases.Results 6 cases were succeed in crushing stone in one-phase,but 3 cases were implemented the nephrectomy.The renal... |
