| 摘 要： | X线冠状动脉造影仍然是目前诊断冠心病的＂金标准＂,但因其属于＂有创性＂检查,不能作为无症状冠心病的筛查手段。随着64排CT系统时间分辨率、扫描速度的提高,探测器覆盖范围的加大以及各向同性空间分辨率的提高,使CT应用于心脏冠脉扫描成为现实。进一步提高时间分辨率和空间分辨率,同时关注低剂量扫描技术的应用,是今后多排螺旋CT的技术发展路线。
