| 摘 要： | 作者报道了经手术及病理活检证实的18例腮腺肿块灰阶实时超声显象诊断。灰阶超声对腮腺肿块的定位诊断符合率为100％,定性诊断符合率为72％(13/18)。作者并对超声诊断的临床价值及良、恶性腮腺肿瘤的超声图象特征进行了分析讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the ultrasonographicdiagnoses in 18 cases of parotid gland mas-ses confirmid by surgery and biopsy andpathology.The diagnostic accuracy was 100%(18/18) in the judgement in locations andwas 72%(13/18) in the judgement in thenature of the disease. The clinical value ofultrasonographic diagnosis in parotid glandmasses and the features of the sonogra-phic images in benign and malignant tu-mors were analysed and discussed. |
