| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同治疗时窗高压氧综合治疗和常规药物治疗对突发性耳聋疗效的影响。方法196例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为高压氧综合治疗组(HBO组)和常规药物治疗组(对照组),HBO组在常规药物治疗基础上同时进行高压氧治疗,分别在不同时窗对比治疗前后听力的变化。结果在发病后24 h内开始治疗,两组都可收到较好疗效;在发病24 h后1周内开始治疗,HBO组比对照组疗效果好,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);发病2周后开始治疗,两组治疗效果均较差。结论高压氧综合治疗疗效显著,高压氧治疗可较好地改善突发性耳聋患者的听力水平,应于发病早期(小于1周)进行高压氧治疗。
