| 摘 要： | 目的 研究椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)眩晕患者血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)水平与血液流变性(hemorheology),探讨其生化及血液流变因素在眩晕发病中的作用.方法 观察50例VBI眩晕患者血浆ET含量及血液流变性并与对照组比较.结果 VBI眩晕患者血浆ET、全血高切黏度、低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数、血浆纤维蛋白原含量高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血浆ET升高与血液高黏滞状态存在相关性,在VBI眩晕发病机制中起一定的作用.
