表皮生长因子受体和HER2在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的过度表达和意义

目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和HER2在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(TCC)中的过度表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测47例膀胱癌患者肿瘤组织和5例正常膀胱组织中EGFR和HER2的表达。结果EGFR和HER2在膀胱癌组织过度表达率分别为64%(30/47)和45%(21/47),在正常膀胱组织中没有表达。癌组织中EGFR过度表达在不同的临床病理特征之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGFR过度表达随肿瘤临床分期的增加阳性表达率也增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HER2的过度表达率与临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与病理分级无关(P>0.05)。复发肿瘤中EGFR和HER2过度表达明显高于不复发(P<0.05),它们之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论EGFR和HER2在膀胱癌中的过度表达与膀胱癌的发生发展及复发有关,它们同时过度表达提示预后不良。

Overexpression and significance of EGFR and HER2 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder

Objective To investigate the overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and their relation with prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP technique was adopted to detect the overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in 47 cases of bladder cancer and 5 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results Overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in cancer tissues was 64%(30/47)and 45%(21/47)respectively.There was no overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in normal tissues.The overexpression of EGFR in the 47 cases of cancer tissues was correlated with the grade of cancer(P<0.05).Although overexpression of EGFR was more frequent in higher stage of bladder carcinoma,the statistical analysis suggested that there was no significance(P>0.05).The rate of HER2 overexpression was relative to clinical stage(P<0.05).However,there was no correlation between the overexpression of HER2 and pathological grade(P>0.05).Overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in carcinoma were both closely associated with recurrence(P<0.05),the overexpressions of EGFR and HER2 were greatly correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of EGFR and HER2 play an important role in the occurrence,development and recurrence of tumors,and may be the positive markers to assess the prognosis of bladder cancer.
