肺癌患者血清CRP、LDH、CEA联合检测的临床意义

目的探讨癌胚抗原（CEA）、C反应蛋白（CRP）和乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）检测对肺癌疗效监测的意义。方法测定200例肺癌患者的CEA、CRP及LDH水平的变化，并和健康对照组进行比较。结果肺癌组CEA、CRP、LDH的水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0．05）。化疗结束后，CEA、CRP、LDH的水平明显低于化疗前。结论3项血清学指标联合检测对肺癌的病情判定及疗效监测有重要临床意义。

Clinical significance of combined detection of serum CRP, LDH and CEA in patients with lung cancer

Objective To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of serum C-reac-tive protein(CRP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) in therapeutic effect monitoring of lung cancer. Methods The levels of serum CRP,LDH and CEA were measured in 200 patients with lung cancer(lung cancer group)and 100 healthy controls(healthy control group) ,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of serum CRP,LDH and CEA were sig-nificantly higher in lung cancer group than those in healthy control group(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the levels of serum CRP, LDH and CEA were significantly lower in post-chemotherapy lung cancer sub-group than those in pre-chemotherapy lung cancer subgroup. Conclusion Combined detection of three serum markers(CRP,LDH and CEA) contributes to pathogenetic condition judgement and therapeutic effect monitoring of lung cancer.
