| 摘 要： | 目的 研究生物健对小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫、红细胞免疫和单核－巨噬细胞系统的作用。方法 用正常小鼠、环磷酰胺（CY）致免疫抑制和2，4二硝基氟苯（DNFB）诱导迟发型超敏反应（DTH）小鼠模型，研究生物健对小鼠IgG和补体C3含量、白细胞总数（WBC）、红细胞免疫粘附、DTH作用和碳粒廓清能力等实验指标的影响。结果 生物健能提高正常和免疫抑制小鼠IgG和补体C3含量（P＜0．05）；提高低白模型小鼠WBC数量（P＜0．01）；增强红细胞免疫粘附能力（P＜0．01）；增强碳粒廓清能力（P＜0．01）和DNFB诱导DTH（P＜0．01）。结论 生物健能增强小鼠（尤其是免疫抑制状态下）体液、细胞免疫功能和非特异性的红细胞免疫粘附能力、碳粒廓清能力，故具有生物反应调节剂作用。

| Abstract: | ? Objective To investigate effects of Shengwujian oral liquid on humoral immunity,cellular immunity,red blood cell (RBC) immunity and macrophage-phagocyte system (MPS).Methods To observe the effects of Shengwujian oral liquid on serum IgG and complement C 3 content,white blood cell (WBC) count,RBC immune adhering function,2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)induced-delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and phagocytic ability of macrophage in either normal mice or cyclophosphamide (CY)-induced-immunosuppressed mice.Results Serum IgG and complement C 3contents were increased in normal and/or CY-induced-immunosuppredded mice (P<0.05);CY-induced-leucopenia was improved (P<0.01);RBC immune adhering function was enhanced (P<0.01);phagocytosis of macrophage was elevated (P<0.01);DNFB induced-DTH was potentiated (P<0.01).Conclusion Shengwujian oral liquid possesses a similar ability of a biological response modifier as levamisole. |
