| 摘 要： | 面临机遇与挑战，畜牧业结构和经营方式必须知彻底调整和转变，开创种植畜牧业是一条重要途径。生态系统较脆弱的地区实行农业生产，自我束缚自由度，系统封闭，结构简单，功能低下，系统退化。实行以全种全养为主的养殖业，大幅度提高系统自由度和开放度，结构趋于高极化，物质能量的输入和转化效率大幅度提高，并积极激活高水平和高科技含量的经营。

The area with fragile ecosystem, carry out agricultural production, bondage them in a block system, simple structure, low function and system degeneration. Carry out planting animal production can greatly increase the free degree and open degree in the system, matter energy input and transfer efficiency increased significantly, activation the high level and high-tech management. |
