| 摘 要： | 目的了解综合医院医务人员对艾滋病诊疗的知识、态度和行为。方法利用辖区疾病控制中心设计的艾滋病知识问卷,在医院内随机抽取医务人员,采取无记名方法进行调查。结果医务人员对艾滋病诊疗知识平均知晓率为59.7%,对一些常规性的艾滋病诊疗知识掌握较好,专业性的诊疗知识较差,且对自身的工作性质和艾滋病的关系的认知上有一定的偏差。结论在新疆综合性医院的医务人员中应强化艾滋病诊疗知识和技能的培训力度,建议将培训工作做到针对性、长期性、制度化。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To know about the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the medical personnel about diagnosis and treatment on AIDS in general hospital.METHODS Using questionnaire about AIDS designed by Disease Control Centre within area under self's jurisdiction,the respondents were randomly selected,and the anonymous method was adopted to make this investigation.RESULTS The medical personnel had fairly good usual knowledge about AIDS with the average awareness of 59.7%,but they were poor in professional diagnoses ... |
