| 摘 要： | 目的了解小儿肺炎咽拭子肺炎支原体培养和药物敏感特点,为临床抗菌药物选择提供依据。方法回顾性分析医院2005年1月-2010年12月收治的1260例小儿肺炎患儿,采用咽拭子从咽喉部提取分泌物做肺炎支原体培养及药物敏感试验。结果 1260例小儿肺炎患儿培养出肺炎支原体阳性标本354例,阳性率为28.1%;肺炎支原体对多西环素和米诺环素高度敏感,对左氧氟沙星、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素中度敏感;而对红霉素、环丙沙星、甲砜霉素和四环素等高度耐药。结论肺炎支原体已是小儿肺炎的重要病原体,但对临床常用抗菌药物有较明显的耐药性,咽拭子肺炎支原体培养及药物敏感试验对临床抗菌药物的选择具有指导作用。
