| 摘 要： | 目的分析肝胆外科术后医院感染原因,探讨预防措施。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对193例肝胆术后患者进行观察,分析了术后医院感染的原因。结果 193例住院患者中,107例患者接受手术治疗,其中5例出现下呼吸道感染,感染率为4.7%。结论医院决策人员应增加对医院感染预防管理的敏感性,高度重视由环境污染引起的医院感染,加强高危人群的基础护理工作,合理应用沟通技巧,实施健康宣教,减少医院感染发生率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes for hepatobiliary surgery postoperative nosocomial infection and explore measures for prevention.METHODS The prospective study method was applied,and 193 patients after receiving hepatobiliary operations were observed to analyze the causes for postoperative nosocomial infection.RESULTS Of 193 cases of inpatients,107 cases were received the operations,and five cases of lower respiratory tract infection were identified with the infection rate of 4.7%.CONCLUSION Hospital decisio... |
