重症监护病房鲍氏不动杆菌感染流行病学调查及控制

目的探讨重症监护病房(ICU)鲍氏不动杆菌肺部感染暴发流行的原因及控制措施,以减少类似医院感染事件的发生。方法采用前瞻和回顾性调查相结合的方法,对2010年10月15-31日陆续发生鲍氏不动杆菌肺部感染的7例患者,进行流行病学调查和ICU环境卫生学监测,并采取干预措施控制感染。结果 ICU泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌感染罹患率28.0%;ICU环境存在污染,痰培养鲍氏不动杆菌与环境中分离鲍氏不动杆菌药敏试验耐药谱相似。结论 ICU环境污染导致该次鲍氏不动杆菌肺部感染暴发,环境清洁能够控制鲍氏不动杆菌的暴发流行。

Epidemiology of acinetobacter baumannii infection in ICU and control measures
