| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合干预措施对基层医院保洁质量的影响,以提高环境卫生学监测合格率,降低医院感染风险。方法制定对保洁员的综合干预措施,采样监测清洁、消毒效果关键指标,并对干预前后的采样监测结果进行统计评价。结果物体表面合格率由干预前的93.83%提高至干预后的97.50%,差异有统计学意义(2χ=8.63,P<0.01);室内空气合格率由干预前的83.15%提高至干预后的93.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.84,P<0.01);保洁员手合格率由干预前的60.11%提高至干预后的93.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=111.32,P<0.01);综合干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论采取综合干预措施能够提高基层医院的保洁质量,降低医院感染的风险。
