| 摘 要： | 目的分析慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染的临床治疗情况。方法将医院2009年6月-2010年5月收治的102例慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染患者,遵照知情同意原则分为两组,对照组50例采用3%水杨酸乙醇治疗,观察组52例采用聚维酮碘治疗,比较分析两组的疗效及安全性。结果观察组的总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组的82.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.3075,P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率分别为1.9%、6.0%,组间差异无统计学意义。结论聚维酮碘治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎合并真菌感染临床疗效满意,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
