| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院患者人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况,为艾滋病防治提供依据。方法收集医院13 879例住院患者血清进行HIV抗体筛查。结果 13 879例住院患者中,有42例HIV抗体为阳性,检出率为0.30%;在检出的42例HIV感染者中,年龄在8月龄~83岁,以青壮年居多;通过性接触而感染的人群占据相当大的比例,高达59.52%。结论将HIV抗体检测作为住院患者的一个常规检测,可以尽早发现HIV感染并防止其医源性传播,避免不必要的医疗纠纷。
