| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用健康信念模式教育对实习护生手卫生状况的影响。方法将60名实习护生进行健康信念模式教育,对干预前后实习护生进行手卫生认知水平及现场执行情况进行比较。结果健康信念模式教育干预后实习护生的手卫生认知水平较干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预前后手卫生执行率分别为53.3%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预前后洗手方法正确率分别为50.0%、81.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用健康信念模式教育能改善实习护生手卫生状况。
