大型综合医院消毒灭菌效果动态监测分析

目的了解大型综合医院的消毒灭菌工作质量和薄弱环节,加强医院消毒与感染控制工作。方法 2008至2009年每月采取现场随机抽取样品和实验室检测的方法,对医院重点部门开展消毒灭菌效果的连续监测分析。结果 2年对2所大型综合医院共抽检样品987份,合格样品数为621份,总合格率为62.9%;其中手术室医护人员手、门诊医务人员手、内镜的监测合格率分别为94.5%、61.2%、87.1%,口腔科手机喷水、口腔治疗冲洗水合格率为33.8%和45.4%,污水的合格率为42.9%。结论医院应加强对口腔科诊疗用水的消毒处理,对手卫生设施增加投入,并加强医务人员手卫生的培训教育。
