| 摘 要： | 目的了解鲍氏不动杆菌感染分布及耐药性,以指导临床合理用药。方法回顾性调查分析2006年1月-2008年12月医院临床标本中分离的520株鲍氏不动杆菌临床感染特点及其耐药性变迁,药物敏感性试验采用琼脂糖纸片扩散法。结果 3年共分离出鲍氏不动杆菌520株,以痰标本为主,感染分布以ICU为主,鲍氏不动杆菌对亚胺培南和美罗培南耐药率最低,分别为4.8%~21.1%和5.6%~28.4%,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率为12.8%~34.4%。结论鲍氏不动杆菌耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,临床应加强监测,合理使用抗菌药物。
