温岭市卫生监督执法体系建设初探

目的：完善农村卫生监督执法体系，提高卫生监督执法效率。方法：实施卫生监督派出机构、镇（街道）助理卫生监督员和村居卫生监督协管员制度。结果：经过3年多的实践，卫生监督资源得到充分整合，卫生监督执法工作实现了全覆盖，卫生监督执法能力进一步增强、水平进一步提高，取得了显著成效，获浙江省卫生监督工作先进集体，三级卫生监督体系建设受到浙江省卫生厅卫生监督局的肯定，并在全省会议上介绍。结论：实施市（县）、镇（乡）、村三级卫生监督体系建设，切合当前农村卫生监督执法工作实际，为卫生监督全覆盖提供机构机制保障。
