| 摘 要： | 目的调查孕妇TORCH感染情况及相关因素,探讨TORCH感染与不良妊娠结局的关系。方法应用TORCH-IgM筛检试剂盒,检测2461例孕妇血清TORCH特异性抗体IgM,并按照受检者孕周、文化程度及既往是否有不良孕产史分别进行分组,比较各组TORCH感染情况。结果 2461例孕妇中巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染率最高为3.66%;不同文化程度孕妇弓形虫(TOX)感染率不同,以大学组最高为1.47%,单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染率以小学文化组最高;早孕期与中晚孕期孕妇组TORCH感染率之间差异无统计学意义;既往有不良孕产史孕妇组TOX、风疹病毒(RV)及CMV感染率明显高于正常孕妇组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇TORCH感染以CMV最多见,TORCH感染与孕妇文化程度有关而与孕周无关,不良妊娠结局与TORCH感染有关,进行TORCH检查对优生优育有重要意义。
