基层医院临床分离的大肠埃希菌耐药性探讨

摘    要:目的探讨山区县级医院临床分离的大肠埃希菌(ECO)的耐药现状,为临床医师抗感染用药提供试验依据。方法 155株大肠埃希菌分离培养、鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》,采用常规方法进行;采用CLSI推荐的K-B法进行药敏试验和判读结果。结果医院大肠埃希菌在呼吸道、泌尿道、伤口分泌物中分离率较高,分别为59.4%、21.9%、9.7%;药敏试验结果表明,ECO对亚胺培南和美罗培南100.0%敏感,对阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢西丁耐药率较低,均<28.0%,对其余常用抗菌药物耐药率较高,均>30.0%。结论医院应采取切实有效的干预措施,关注医院感染高危人群,关注好发部位,预防与控制耐药细菌引起的医院感染暴发流行。
