| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医院对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染在临床干预后耐药性的变化。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法,研究医院住院患者2009、2010年MRSA感染在临床干预后的耐药性变化。结果在住院患者中2009年40 846份标本中检出265株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中MRSA 229株,检出率占86.4%;2010年35 045份标本中检出239株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中MRSA 182株,检出率占76.2%,2010年比2009年MRSA的检出率下降了10.2%。结论住院患者MRSA感染经临床干预后,可以降低MRSA的感染率;证明了针对MRSA感染的干预措施是有效的。
