老年血液透析患者永久性中心静脉导管感染因素分析与对策

目的探讨老年血液透析患者永久性中心静脉留置导管感染并发症的发生率、危险因素,为制定防治对策、降低感染的发生提供依据。方法分别采用回顾性调查、目标性监测方法,对医院2008年1-12月及2009年1月-2010年12月老年维持性血液透析患者,永久性中心静脉留置导管感染的发生进行监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果自2009年开展目标性监测,实施一系列的干预措施后,老年患者永久性留置中心静脉导管相关性感染的发生率由2008年的25.0%降至2010年的9.1%;无菌操作不严格、不注意手卫生、不重视置管部位的观察和护理等,是引起永久性中心静脉导管相关感染的主要原因。结论应加强血液净化中心医院感染的管理,尤其是导管相关性血流感染的预防与控制,实施针对性干预措施,可明显减少永久性中心静脉导管相关感染的发生。
