| 摘 要： | 目的总结创伤性膈疝的临床诊疗经验与方法。方法回顾性分析2000年8月-2009年6月,收治创伤性膈疝47例,其中闭合性损伤31例,穿透伤16例,急性期膈疝43例,慢性期膈疝4例。结果 47例创伤性膈疝患者,除4例择期手术外,其余均急诊手术,治愈45例,1例死于失血性休克,1例死于重度颅脑损伤。结论创伤性膈疝易被误诊,应提高认识,严格查体并结合X线以及CT等影像学检查,一旦确诊应早期手术。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To summarize the clinical treatment experience and methods of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.METHODS A total of 47 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia from Aug 2000 to Jun 2009 were retrospectively reviewed in our hospital,including closed trauma in 31 cases and penetrating trauma in 16 cases,clinical appearance manifested as acute in 43 cases,chronic in 4 cases.RESULTS Totally 43 cases were cured by emergent surgical operation and 1 died of hemorrhagic shock and another was died of concomitan... |
